2013 Monthly Weight Loss January Update

Well, well, well, here I am once again. It's been awhile since I have blogged. Life has taken some turns. Some not so good and some good. Lots of stress for sure.

I sit here typing to you at my heaviest weight ever: 398lbs. That's 4lbs heavier then I was back on this date 4 years ago when I began my weight loss journey. Back then I was able to lose 100lbs in 10 months and 125lbs over 16 months.

I can do it again. I know I can. I know I will. I can't continue to live like this. Why I am this heavy? Well, that's easy. I eat too much. I eat bad food. And I don't exercise at all. So, let me change these three things and slowly but surely I will lose weight and become healthier once again.

I would love to write a blog covering the last several months about what I have been doing, good or bad, but I don't have the time or the patience. I want to thank those who have stuck with me and continued your support of me.

So that's it. I plan to weigh-in and write a blog on the 6th of each and every month. And have the success which I had the first time around.

Remember, modify things a little at a time and they will be easier to make habits.
