Didn't get a walk in today, but I think I did enough at work though. They had me running ragged. I also went grocery shopping tonight. I'm tired though so it's dinner and off to bed.
My goals for Monday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calorie or under 2000 calorie
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
