Last night I made the best Mediterranean steamed Kale. It was so good. It went perfectly with my baked tilapia. I enjoy trying new recipes and cooking my own meals. That way I know what is in them and I know they are better for me. I have been so much healthier since I've cut out most processed food. And for that I am thankful. Well, just thought I would share. Have a great Sunday. I'm off to finish watching the wild card games before I go workout. Bye all.
