I figured since the holidays are over now, I need to get back on track with exercising regularly and staying withing my calorie range. Over the holidays I felt lazy and didn't do much exercise and went over my calorie range on a few days so this week it's time to kick a$$
. Did my workout this morning; total calorie burn 668
