When I look at my Spark points and compare them to my exercise points it's obvious that I know how to make points but my exercise is lagging. I'm much stronger now than when I started seven months ago and my endurance is a lot better.
Last week I walked to Bible study--two miles each way. No problem. I just scheduled it so that I had time to rest and cool down before going in. And, when going such a distance I need to pace myself, not race walk.
Now that I know I can easily spend two hours walking, I want to plan it into my week on days when I have more time for exercise.
We can do this!
