So it's Day 6 already of January, and though i've been exercising vveerrryyy lightly, i still have not made any changes to my diet.
I've had Ihop, McDonalds, Turkey, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Mocha coffees, and lots of soda.
I really don't know where my focus is, it just feels that 'well it's only the BEGINNING of the year, i still have plenty of time!" lol but i already know that's not true. Time flies by so fast, Im still in 2012!
I don't really have a plan plan, just keep going with the slim in 6 video which is actually a lot harder than it looks...it's the most basic of movements and yet I am winded by the warmup alone! Also Special K challenge. After the 2 weeks, stick with any cereal for breakfast, the snacks, the dinner, and a shake for lunch.
My new job is not very difficult, doesn't make me as hungry as the last one. So I believe the lighter diet should be easy to follow, if only i could get rid of sweet tooth!!!
