I cooked salmon, and it tasted great!

Project Healthy Home Cooking is well under way. I bought some Atlantic salmon fillets at the grocery store yesterday, and I decided to make some today. I've had it at restaurants, but never made it myself. So I surfed the web for basic instructions and merged them together.
This is what I did: While the oven was preheating to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, I buttered some aluminum foil (with canola margarine), put the fillet on top, buttered that, and sprinkled pepper, garlic powder, and thyme on it. Then I wrapped the whole thing up to make an aluminum foil packet, stuck it in the oven, baked it in the oven for 20 min, and heated up some Picd Sweet creamed spinach in the microwave.
The fish came out perfectly, and I enjoyed a yummy, healthy, low carb meal after less than half an hour. I'm ready to try more recipes!
