I've been putting a lot of thought of how I can improve my fitness routine. Something I keep on seeing is the Fit Bit Tracker. It monitors calories burned and sleep. Does anyone have one? Is it worth the cost? How about long term? Somewhere I read a review that it helps for a month but then after it is not very beneficial. Are there other monitors better than the Fitbit?
