I love to run and I love Beach Body workouts, but I'm changing things up a little. After working so much and not exercising, things are kind of slowing down (until we move...if and when that happen...grr...). So I'm going to stick to focusing on my exercise minutes, which I talked about in my last blog. However, I'm going to try a different workout. I'm going to alternate days between 30 Day Shred and TurboFire. When all else fails and I can't muster the energy for either workout, I will use my treadmill. The goal is to reach my exercise minutes, any way I can!
