I started the Jumpstart challenge today. No cardio on my own today - just an eight minute cardio video. I may substitute the 15 minute kickboxing in the future as I am so uncoordinated that I can't do some of the moves. It really got my heart rate up though and I feel good now that I have done it.
I started tracking my food yesterday. The tracker says that I need between 2000 and 2450 calories which seems like a lot. I usually get around the 1500 range and honestly can't imagine eating that much without loading up on junk. I will try bigger portions of proteins and more healthy snacks throughout the day.
