Turbo FIRE Prep Schedule - Week 1 (1/7 - 1/13/13)
Monday - Fire 30 Class + Stretch 10 Class
It was tough but I did it. Super happy and feeling good.
Tuesday - Active Rest (Trail Walk)
Wednesday - Stretch 40 Class
Thursday - Tone 30 Class
Friday - Fire 45 EZ Class + Stretch 10 Class
Saturday - Core 20 Class
Sunday - Stretch 40
Well best intentions and all that... But I basically rejected the schedule that I set up for Turbo FIRE last week. Not sure what that about but I'm going to explore that. What I did do was go for a trail walk with a friend that I have not seen for months and it was great. We talked about our struggles and and how we both struggle with the same thing MOTIVATION. Since Thursdays walk I have been feeling so much better.
One of the things that I think has helped is pulling out my GymBoss and going back to eating and drinking to the timer. The first time I sat down to eat with the time was such a wake up call as I could not believe how fast I was eating and this again helped slow my ass down. I have already lost 3 pounds.
Another thing that I have added as a strategy to get motivated and moving is my BFF and I are going to have a little competition. I will be doing Turbo FIRE and she will be doing Insanity, plus any other physical activity we like and at the end of the month whoever has the most Activity Minutes wins. We havn't decided what we would win yet but that is secondary to bragging rights!
