Weight Watcher Meeting - Check
Leaving Happy - Check!!!

This morning was a great one. I woke up and got to the WW meeting and left there with the biggest smile. My scale at home is wrong....wrong....wrong, which means when I got on the scale at the meetings my weight was down. So yes BIG BIG smiles! I can't wait for next week's meeting so that I can knock my own socks off. A week of eating right and working out and I know that my first official loss week is going to rock!!

So yesterday I slept in so by the time I was hungry it was lunch time, so my breakfast was more a lunch meal. LOL

Breakfast -
Coffee - 0
Creamer - 4 points
Chili - 6 points
Total - 10 points

Lunch -
Bread - 2 points
Turkey - 2 points
Cheese - 1 point
Mustard - 0
Total - 5 points

Snack -
Oreos - 9 points

Dinner -
Pork chop - 7 points
Mashed potatoes - 3 points
Carrots - 0
Gravy - 3 points
Total - 13 points

Grand total for the day - 37 points
32 daily points + 6 activity points = 38 points - 37 points = 1 point left in the day.

With today being my first official day on WW my weekly points are reset, but that is fine. My goal is to only use my activity points that I earn. Well except for today because I will be drinking some beers while I watch my football game.

    Congrats Kim!! I love that you are combining Spark People and WW. It's all about figuring out what works best for you. I think it is a great combination for success!!!! This is going to be YOUR year!!!!!

    YES...this is another blog about WW on Sparkpeople. I'm not sure if what you said there was negative or not, could just be the way I'm reading it.

As for your question about if I use anything on Sparkpeople all you would have to do is take a moment to look over my page and all my blogs. You would see that I have been at this on Spark for a long time now. I happen to log all of my weight and workouts here.

I also belong to support groups and have many friends here. Spark is the one thing that has kept me going and not totally giving up over the past few years. However WW is the one journey that has given me the most overall success and this is about finding what works and sticking to that. So here I am putting the two worlds together so that I can do the best I can this year.

    Another weight watcher blog on a Sparkpeople blog. Do you do anything with Sparkpeople?
Haven't done ww but I know there program works for some. Glad your scale was wrong. Nothing like putting forth an effort and not having much to show for it. Realized that this past week. Maybe my scale is wrong.
