Yesterday I bought myself one of those tiny little one egg non stick pans. I love to make breakfast sandwiches but disliked having big, spread out or lumpy scrambled egg on my sandwich. This allows me to have a perfectly sized helping of eggs(or in my case, egg beaters) to fit on my little, round, sandwich thins.
I use Orowheat 100 % whole wheat sandwich thins, eggbeaters southwestern style, 1 teaspoon of mayo, a dollop of Dijon mustard, a morningstar prime griller veggie burger (I don't care for their veggie sausages) and fat free sharp cheese. Sometimes I will use real sausage for a treat. I am going to try Canadian bacon this week as well. Yum! *sighs contentedly*
