week 2 2012 ... day 6

well this week sucked big time! i'm trying not to beat myself up too much because i know most of it came from my mindless snacking after my kids go to bed. today is weigh in day .... i'm +2lbs this week bringing me up over 200lbs. so now i'm completely and utterly ticked off. it seems everything i do working out and eating right my body is battling against me. Maybe i needed to get mad enough to say "i'm in charge here not you"
today is planning day. kids are back to school tomorrow and i have a full week of work ahead. we are short staffed which means i have to step up and work extra hours which is ok with me financially lol prob is i work till 6pm at night and when i get home i'm hungry and have nothing ready. Today i'm going to make ahead some chicken dinners that i can pop in the microwave after work. Also ... i like to drink flavoured water and ive been using that milo stuff ... well it makes my water taste like koolaid ... "lightbulb" too much sugar silly girl ...so today ... buying lemons! i have a good workout plan ... i'm not concerned about that. clearly my issue is in the kitchen!
time to shut down the computer for a few hours ... get my butt into the kitchen start cooking and prepping! Next week that scale is gonna say 200 or less!!!
