emoticon It's one thing to keep my hopes high, it's quite another to be in complete denial as to what my real chances for success are. Be realistic today. It does me no good to ignore the facts that are confronting me. I need to face them head on, and hopefully I'll see they are not as bad as I fear. Renewal is in the air right now, so if I can just hold on and stay motivated long enough, I will be able to enjoy a change of tides. This new tide will sweep in a much happier era in my life.
emoticon Journal ~ today I signed up for the Super Bowl 5K ~ my goal is to do the Super Bowl Half Marathon in 2014. I am also interested in signing up for a training program for women ~ it starts in February.

emoticon My morning routine is not working ~ I need to change it up ~ instead of taking a shower 1st thing, I'll immediately go downstairs to my special room and practice yoga for at least 20 min ~ then take a shower, have coffee with breakfast & Spark. It worked before so I know it will work again. Carlos, the owner of Kira, came to visit with his camera person, taking a whirlwind of pictures so I wore high-heeled boots to go with my outfit ~ did not walk the building as much.
