After a day off

Had my day off. I think I needed it. Back to my walking again.

I have far to go. I wish I were home to check the scale and see my progress. It is nerve racking because I can't tell if I am judging my food correctly. I need my measuring tools!

I think I'll be on my way home this time next month. (fingers crossed) Wish me luck.

    I am trying to get back into my routine-today I decided I would try to do my whole walking routine-I was slow but I did it! It felt good to get back to it. I am so anxious to get the FitBit to get a better handle on how many steps I actually take.
I just know you will be pleasantly surprised when you get back home!
I have moved into size 16 and they are starting to get a little loose so hopefully it will be 14's in another month or so! Yeah-a reason to go to the big community yard sales so I can replenish my wardrobe!! I can't see spending big bucks when I am changing sizes so much, but hate to wear clothes that are falling off-ha ha!
Another day closer to returning home-woo hoo!!!

    Hope you do get home in a month or less! I know you can tell if your pants are looser but I've also heard of taking a string or piece of yarn as a measuring tool but just as long as the clothes are loose and not tight you're doing great!
