I don't think it's silly for wanting your wii to say you're normal weight at all :) I think those are great goals and it looks like you have a great infrastructure to get there!

I believe I have SAD too. I got one of the lamps, but didn't remember to keep using it! I can imagine how much harder it is for you in Canada with those long winters! I'm sorry for your losses and that you have some blood pressure issues. Glad you have such great support from your coach/friend! I like all your goals and enjoy your sense of humor with the jokes! emoticon

I'm sorry you lost so many people in 2012. I've been there too and it's hard. I like your goals! I don't think #6 is silly at all! I know a lot of people who have SAD. Have you ever thought about getting one of those lamps that are suppose to help with the SAD? Good luck with your goals! emoticon emoticon

Your Wii goal is not silly at all. I would love hearing those words for the first time. As for the SAD, next time you are at your Dr, have him/her check your Vitamin D levels. You live in a more northern climate, and don't have the sun exposure on your skin. It won't hurt to find out your numbers, although I'm not sure how much that would cost there (it's covered here, so we don't pay directly for it).

Happy new year!

Sometimes I wonder if I have SAD. And I don't think you 6) is silly at all. The first time I tried wii and it said "obsese" it was quite a shock to my system. I'm just excited to be in the "overweight" category now and not in obsese. The day I can be in the "normal" range I will jump up on down!!!! SO i totally relate to that goal!
