Here is my schedule for this week:
Sunday- Burn Circuit 2- DONE! Along with the anywhere, anytime workout from Peak 10!
Monday- Have to move around schedule a bit because we went to my friend Heathers for the ND vs. Alabama game and I didn't get a chance to workout because that is a 4 hour activity!
Tuesday- Extreme Abs-done added combat 30 and subbed combat stretch for recharge!
Wednesday- core 20-DONE
Thursday- BC3 and combat live 60...what a workout!! Wowza!
Friday- Took an off day...muscles were sore lol
Saturday- did abs 10 and turbojam 20 min
Looking ahead next week is going to be tricky because I have a 4 day weekend and I think we are going skiing at Crystal Mountain which is 5 hours away. Soooo we will be leaving Friday and more than likely not getting back until Sunday so I will have to rearrange that week also. But that is what it is about! Rearrange to fit everything in!
