I'm not really good at making annual reports. I don't care much for them.. I know I haven't exactly met my goals but it's hard to plan the future and estimate what will happen to us during a whole year. I had a tough year on many levels. All in all, I am still satisfied with myself, but I know I could have done better since I haven't reach most of the goals I was aiming for.
That said, I am positive this year will be a good year. I'm eating well and I am being more conscious about a lot of things; maturing, even! My plan at the moment is to slowly get a better exercise routine. I'm still member at a gym and I plan to go back progressively till I reach a full 6 days of exercise, then twice a day (if my ankle ever recovers.. I'll start running again). I want to go slow because I tend to see big and then do nothing and fail.
I'd say my ultimate goal for the year would be to lose the 30 pounds I carry over that aren't mine anymore. I see that year after year after year I have the same goals with almost the same starting point and it's a bit depressing, I want to make it happen this year.
I WILL NOT *TRY*, I WILL DO IT.
For January, I'd like to lose 5 pounds. I haven't had much success with this goal in the past, as soon as I start moving I gain muscle, but if I JUST feel super toned, I'll be happy too :P. I "found" plenty of great exercise videos and I plan on starting doing them seriously, you can see I joined the specific teams :) I'm kind of excited about it, I need to move so badly and burn tons of calories. Glad I have a HRM too, that'll be interesting! I'm waiting for my 2013 agenda to arrive by mail, which should be this week, then I'll plan everything and start going to the gym again.
