Good morning, started the year at 204 down this week 202.5lbs. I started the biggest loser challange today, and found the running program to help to get ready to run a 5 k. I would love to be able to run one. Also in june the Marnies 10k . Yesterday i made some low fat muffins they were pretty good Trying to make iteas to take to work for snack instead of buying them Hope everyone has a great day!
