My first blog of the new year. :) What to say? Hmm? Well, I'm working hard today when I should be resting because it's Sunday. I can remember a time when everything stopped on Sunday and even the groceries weren't open. Families came together after church for a big family meal and everyone pitched in to help. Times sure have changed. Some for the better, some for the worse.
So far this morning I have gotten the laundry started, have 4 rooms cleaned and actually got the REST of the decorations down outside. I finally got them unstuck. Hehe! Of course they're still laying out there on the driveway and porch waiting for someone to take them in the garage and put them away. Any volunteers? :)
This is my second break of the morning. The first one I used to call and check on dad, doin' just fine thanks. This one is just a little longer 'cause that was only about a 15 minute one. I need a little more please? LOL!
To exercise or not to exercise today after I'm finished doing everything else, that is the question. I'm sure I'll do a little but probably not much, I'll be worn out by then. I guess thinking about it doesn't get it done though and here I sit wasting time blabbering away a bunch of silliness. Gotta love it! :)
Speaking of loving, I love all of you! Whether or not you know it, you are all my inspiration each day. I've been on Sparks for a good while now and the only thing that keeps me coming back is...Everything! Hehe! That includes all of you. I'm so appreciative of each and every one of you..for putting up with my goofiness, for being there for me when I need to talk, for kicking me around a little when I need it, for helping me through bad times, and laughing with me through good times and for simply being YOU! Now I'd really be even more appreciative if someone would come get the clothes out of my dryer and fold them for me. Hehe! Oh, there I go again, being silly. :)
Now that I got all that out of my system....SNOW BALL FIGHT!!!! Oops, that slipped.
Seriously, This year is going to be different for me. I will stay on the wagon till I get back to my goal weight. I will cut down on the things that aren't good for me. I won't stop them completely or I know I'll crave them, but a drastic reduction will be awesome. I will not give up, I will fix much healthier meals, I will exercise at least 6 days a week, I will be there for all of you no matter what!
