I'm a little hesitant to put this out every week. Don't want to bore you guys to death!

But it really helps keep me accountable. When I thought about skipping a workout last week, I remembered that I had posted my schedule and didn't want to have to report back that I didn't follow it. Additionally, I get inspired from seeing what others do, so maybe someone will get an idea or two from my plan.
Sunday - 3 miles, Soup/Sandwiches
Monday - boot camp class, chicken bacon ranch sub/fruit
Tuesday - Yoga DVD, Lentil Tacos/raw veggies
Wednesday - boot camp class, creamy ham and potato bake
Thursday - 3 miles, Sausage and Potatoes
Friday - boot camp class, pizza pasta casserole
Saturday - rest, Steak/baked potatoes
Here are the links to the meals I'm making this week-
Slow Cooker Northern Bean and Spinach Soup - haven't tried this one before. Left out the sausage for a vegetarian meal. Made a double batch so I hope everyone likes it!!

Sausage and Potatoes - I used to make my sausage and potatoes in a skillet, but saw the oven method on Pinterest and love it! Just slice up your potatoes, smoked sausage, and some onion. Drizzle a little olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Yum!
Pizza Pasta Casserole - I haven't made this in a long time. I'm going to make half of this recipe and put it in two 8x8 dishes and put one in the freezer.
