This year I wanted to make all these incredible resolutions. I wanted to resolve
* to exercise every day,
* to drink 8 cups of water everyday,
* to track my food everyday
* to blog everyday
* to take time out to relax everyday
* to not eat sweets
Thankfully my job has been so crazy busy out of control that I KNEW I could never do any of the things above "everyday" so for a change instead of making resolutions I couldn't stick too - I made none. I only promised myself to TRY to be healthy when I can.
I am so happy to have taken this approach. I have lost 1.8 lbs since Jan 1 and do not feel like a failure for breaking resolutions. I am not sticking to anything perfectly but each day I try to be healthy and I will see where it takes me.
