Today I'm going to do my usual 2 bowls of Special K with a couple healthy snacks and then a lower carb dinner of eggs and bacon (and maybe a little leftover chili - yum!). But then I need to decide what to do during the work week since I go back to work tomorrow.
I'm thinking an Atkins smoothie and then an energy drink for breakfast, 2 eggs with bacon, cottage cheese, and grapes at lunch, and then a huge chicken salad with toppings (I like egg, cheese, broccoli, cranberries, nuts, etc.) for dinner. I'll also have some pickles and Jello pudding snacks on hand for when I need an evening snack. Time to hit the grocery store!
