My biggest challenge is that darn scale. I can't stay off it. One week I even had my hubby hide the scale on me. I went looking for the scale when he was out.
I took my measurements and posted them in October but it takes so much longer to see any improvement.
Why do we need that instant gratification all the time ?
I have wanted a pair of red jeans for some time. Red jeans tend to stand out a little more than black jeans. This will be my new scale - so to speak. I am a size 10 right now but feel much better in a size 8. I will give you an update when I buy them.
30 days with no sugar is my challenge this month. I know all the bad affects sugar has on your body, but unless I make a commitment I still eat it.I have been writing every day in my journal that " I will not eat sugar today" and it is working.
Red jeans here I come.
