Get Back on Track

If I eat something I shouldn't have, I haven't blown it. It is not the end of the world. It's just a mistake. Get back on track this minute! Don't keep on eating! That makes no sense. It a million times better to stop now than to allow myself to eat more.
Most of what I write abut here are starters from Beck Diet Solutions. This cognitive behavior therapy book has been a life saver for me in so many areas of my life. Stop and think. Ask yourself "Why am I doing this?" When was the last time I ate? Am I hungry? What does hungry feel like?
Life goes on whether you actively participate or not. It is so much easier when you make a choice to be a part of it.
