    Justin,

This is a beautiful vlog. I can see and hear your raw emotion.

First off congrats on the movie & engagement!

Secondly, I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your grandmother and father.

Third, It is a good thing for you to let yourself feel your emotions. Kudos to you for allowing yourself to feel the good and the bad.

Here's the tough stuff. I don't know you, so please know that I'm just speaking from the heart.

Obviously you loved your grandmother and father very much. I can promise one thing...your grandmother and father want nothing more for you than for you to find happiness. Give yourself permission to work toward your goals because I am almost certain that makes you happy.

I know the situation (living with your mom) cannot be easy because you worry about how she might feel if she sees you happy. I truly believe that if she sees you come out of your shell it will give her the faith, courage, and strength she needs to come out of her shell as well.

It truly sucks to lose anyone...but that person wouldn't want you to lose yourself at their expense.

Your dad sounds like he was a fighter. Make him proud...get up and fight!!!!

  Hi Justin-
I understand about the binge eating. Food can become an addiction, I've been through that myself. I'm glad that you're so committed to changing, and I'm really inspired by your outlook. Personal opinion- don't fret too much about the number on the scale. Yes, it's good to get to a goal weight, but the important thing is to feel healthy, to feel happy, and to feel comfortable in your own body- regardless of the number. Don't settle for less than you expect from yourself,. Just try to remember there's a whole world of us out here supporting you, no matter what. :3

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for the friend add. I am sorry for all your loss you have had to overcome recently. It is easy to understand how you could become susceptible to your bad behaviors again with all the high's and lows you experienced. I hope you find success in your commitment again. I use spark daily to blog with just updates and such, so feel free to stop in and say hello. I would enjoy keeping a correspondence with you on our progress.

Ray
