The unfortunate irony of my last blog post.

The Ray referred to in the article was Ray Graham, a running back for the University of Pittsburgh who was scheduled to play in his last game as a Panther yesterday.

Unfortunately for that Ray, he has an injured hamstring and was not able to play. Unfortunately for this Ray, I am suffering from what might be the worst cold of my life. So the running back Ray didn't run at all yesterday and the runner Ray barely made it through 1.5 miles with frequent stops, doubled over with a hacking cough.

But the year is young. There are sunny days ahead, both figuratively and literally, and we will have our day!

Ray, it just seems that Ray's need to feel better before they can set any records, take care of yourself, You are correct the year is still young

OK, Ray. SparkPeople and other experts say if your cold is above the neck, exercise; if the cold is below the neck, don't exercise. No doubling over with a hacking cough, you hear????

    Ray,

Both Rays are going to have to take some time to heal. You have a great attitude.

Thanks, Bruce
