It is the New Year. I started the year off heavier than last year. My stats are:
Weight: 186.8
Waist: 36.5 inches
Hips: 42.5 inches
Thighs: 25
Calf: 16.5
Arm: 13
BMI: 32.4
Cholesterol: 196
LDL: 115
Triglycerides: 169
HDL: 47
Glucose: 82

Of course, I want to lose weight; I have to lose weight this year. My heart surgeon says I have to lose weight. I want to accomplish a lot this year.
My goals and plan for the year is:
Weight: 56.8 lbs., down to 130 lbs.
Body fat: 23 – 30 %
Waist less than 35 inches
MI: 18.5 – 24.9
Cholesterol: under 180
BP: less than 120/80 (the lower BP is better for my heart)
Find a job
Accept the fact my heart is getting weaker and just have the stupid surgery!

The Plan

Quarterly
Reassess and Recommit
Labs in March and September
See surgeon in February, March, August and November unless he decides otherwise
Work on hobbies.

Monthly
Pictures and measurements
Lose 4 – 6 lbs.

Weekly
Plan menu and exercise
7 cardio sessions a week
6 strength training and stretching sessions a week
Daily
Log food and exercise
Stay within range of 1100 – 1600 calories
11 cups of water
Meds daily
Vitamins

That’s about it.
