Yaaaay! I have lost! It was nice to see the number "down" from my original weigh in log! I woke up early this morning but I felt rested and I am giving that props to a little exercise yesterday. I am going to exercise again after I do all my Spark log-gin's. I hope everyone has a great day and I will be jotting down my food intake when I don't have Spark available (hard to do on Phone, could download app). I didn't log in ALL of my food yesterday and I am sharing that with you to be honest and accountable. I cannot expect results when I am not fully committing to them. So...moving forward I go! P.S. Does everyone try to do ALL of their points on your SPARKPOINTS page? Just wondering...... emoticon

    I do Spark Points every morning...all of them, lol. It keeps me accoutable! emoticon
