New Year Goals

I have been thinking on this the past week. I realize I once again need to buckle down. It is always amazing to me how easy it is to fall into old habits... :-(

1. Start planning meals ahead of time
2. Plan more veggie dishes at meals
3. Get back into whole grains
4. More fiber in diet
5. Make an exercise plan so it is not so hit and miss
6. Plan portions for my dh ( which means learn to cook less amounts) LOL
7. Less computer time and more planning time ( plot out times for the areas in my life that need it)

I see a pattern and it has to do with planning. Life is very busy with my new job. So many plans in the making! But this is important , also....
