What's that saying? When you pull one card out the whole house topples? That was me yesterday. I decided I would wait on my treadmill walk until after I ran errands so I could get out and about before it got too busy being a Saturday. Then when I got back I was pretty hungry I suppose and started grabbing at things which turned into an all day binge. I didn't drink my water like I should have. I never got in my main walk which left me 4,000 steps short in my goal. My eating was HORRIBLE!! All out binge, all day. I didn't take my vitamins. I was even snappy at my boys and husband. I don't know what was wrong with me. There goes all of new year streaks. SO frustrating!!!

BUT NOT TODAY!!!
TODAY WILL NOT BE THAT WAY!!!
I REFUSE TO LET MY EATING CONTROL ME!!!!
I REFUSE TO LET MY BINGEING CONTROL ME!!!
I REFUSE TO LET IT RUIN ANOTHER DAY!!!

Resolution #4: Do SOME sort of exercise everyday. Wether a few crunches, 10 minutes or an hour of cardio or an hour of yoga. DO something to benefit your health (mind, body, and spirit) Start TODAY!!! And EVERYDAY!!!
Resolution #5: TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!!!
Resolution #6: STOP CHEATING!! Gain Self Control and Willpower
Resolution #7: Continue BLOGging! (#7 & #3 go together like 2 birds of a feather) :)

Resolution #9: AVERAGE 15,000 STEPS A DAY!!

    Consider this a lesson learned! I find that if I don't get in the a.m. workout, I don't get in any workout. The days are just too busy, and then, like you, the day quickly unravels. Today you start a new streak - life gets in the way of our plans and you just have to roll with it! You're doing a great job!
