What's that saying? When you pull one card out the whole house topples? That was me yesterday. I decided I would wait on my treadmill walk until after I ran errands so I could get out and about before it got too busy being a Saturday. Then when I got back I was pretty hungry I suppose and started grabbing at things which turned into an all day binge. I didn't drink my water like I should have. I never got in my main walk which left me 4,000 steps short in my goal. My eating was HORRIBLE!! All out binge, all day. I didn't take my vitamins. I was even snappy at my boys and husband. I don't know what was wrong with me. There goes all of new year streaks. SO frustrating!!!
