New Year, New Me. We've all heard it, said it, attempted it. A few have succeeded at it even. I am not one of those success stories sadly. I have tried, and quit. I don't believe I've ever made it to February. I am aiming to make this year different.
This is also my third time at attempting the Spark People system. The previous two times I just poked around, started blindly, quit not long after. This year, though I'm gunning to start, I'm not starting a routine straight away. Some of you may look at that and go "Woman what the heck are you thinking?!" But with my track record, if I start blindly, I find myself overwhelmed and stop. I've been scouring SparkPeople, and Pinterest, for workouts. Ones that have a routine for all parts of the body and ones that focus on a specific area; long ones, short ones, gym or dorm room. I hope, before I return to University next week, that I'll have something in mind so I can check out the gyms on campus, and so forth.
So...here is to a new year and a fresh start, even if it is delayed. :)
