Breakfast/Lunch - subway, potato soup, soda (700)
Snack - coffee (200)
Snack - chips (150)
Snack - pita chips and hummus
Dinner - sushi, tomodachi
Exercise: none
So I woke up at 10am today.... which is the time my crossfit class starts.... so I did not make it today. Instead I made it to lunch with my sweety and spent way too much time shopping at Target. I am okay with it but I do wish I did something.... well, tomorrow is another day :)
