Small Efforts

A SparkFriend gave me the following thought "what small efforts are you committed to take day in and day out to achieve your success?"

I commit to taking my lunch to work at least 3 days a week.
I also commit to watching less TV.

Daily efforts can lead to big accomplishments.

    Those are very good small efforts leading to success. For me I have been making one small effort per day which I carry through each day. So far I am up to 6 small efforts, I add one new one each day. January 31st is going to be very busy.

    Hard for me to watch less tv, since I don't watch much to begin with. I am committing to not just sitting while I watch, but to exercise, or multi-task some other activity.

    MY TOO!! In fact, I spend WAY too much money and eat way too much processed foods so I'm really trying ot get to a point where I only eat food I cook unless it's going out with friends occaasionally :)
