Finally got rid of the last of the New Year's food bloat today. I spiked on Jan 1st (for obvious reasons), and the weight's been dropping since. I'm looking see next week's average below 57 kg (preferably in the 56 range).
Forgot this week, but the pants are fitting better.

It's a start. That doesn't include the 6k walk Nick and I took on Tuesday as we recovered from food hangovers.

Missed out on that today, but I'm going to give myself some quiet relaxation breathing time before bed.

- Made a big pot of awesome soup without using a recipe.
- Made reasonably healthy banana bread for the sweet tooth.
- Experimented with greek yogurt (I have issues with textures in milk products, so trying a new yogurt is a victory)
- Stuck to what I planned to eat on New Year's
Things to watch next week:
Friday movie night, and possible eating involved. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to eat at the theater or not (sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Depends if I actually want anything). I may suggest a healthier dinner at the mall first, followed by a smaller snack and water for the movie.
