~ XTRAIN challenge begins 1/6... Day 1 ~

... emoticon my workout will be:

Strength training: Chest/Back/Shoulders
Premix 03: Timesaver (Rounds 1 - 4) - 32:14 minutes

ROUND 1:
Push-ups
One Arm Rotational Row
Side Leaning Lateral Raise

ROUND 2:
Dumbbell Press on the Ball
"T" Band Pull
Shoulder Circle

ROUND 3:
Reach Tap Push Up
"T" Prone on Ball
Seated Alternating Dumbbell Overhead Press

ROUND 4:
Chest Fly on Stability Ball
One Arm Row with Tubing
Bent over Rear Delt Drop Sets

... there are actually 8 rounds, but since I haven't been consistent with strength training I have to start out slow. I will be using lighter weights. This is a 90 day rotation so I have plenty of time to increase my weight slowly and more importantly, "safely"...

I will probably do cardio in the morning and the strength training around 3:30 - 4:00. I love the exercises and how Cathe set them up. The music is ok, but not all the exercises are synced to the beat of it, this would usually irritate me, but I will just concentrate on getting through the exercises.

... so it begins tomorrow. For those who are familiar with Cathe and her workouts, "wish me luck!" ... this is what I will be saying as I am pushing myself through those sets and reps emoticon emoticon
