BFC Week 2 -Challenge- Get that fiber in!

1.What's the big deal about this fiber stuff right?? BECAUSE I SAID SO!!!
Well actually it helps us.. you know.. push the old out
2.So we know that this week we need to get the fiber in but how?
Jorge suggests that we get our fiber from whole grain or vegetable sources in his books to help us reach the goal of 25 grams.
Here are some of my favorites I found:
- Nature's Own Double Fiber Whole Grain Bread (5 grams per slice)
- La Tortilla Smart & Delicious Tortillas (12 gram per Tortilla)
-Whole Grain Cream of Wheat (4 grams per serving)
-Whole Wheat Pasta (5 grams per serving)
-Blue Diamond Almonds 24 Almonds (3 grams per serving)
- Green Peas 1/2 cup (4 grams per serving)
-Blackberries 1/4 cup ( 2 grams )
And then there is the adding the fiber yourself "Benefiber"
Remember we are doing to "stay regular" and not to over do it please.
