Yesterday I started doing a 30 day weight loss exercise program on our xbox kinect. It's on the game "UFC trainer." OUCH! I haven't used these muscles much lately. This will be good for me. It's a challenge, but it's organized. I like having someone telling me which exercises to do. I really feel my thighs right now from all the squats and lunges. The stupid kinect doesn't give me credit for some the exercises. When I do a full sit-up, it had better count it!! I've had a C-section and that is not the easiest task for me to accomplish! I've figured out how to skip exercises too. That's good since the trainer wants me to do way more leg lifts than I can at this point. I know when I've reached my limit. I also have time constraints with getting ready for work.
I plan to add some cardio in too, on days that I have more time. I've worked the last two days, but have managed to get in a walk yesterday and today at work. Yesterday I did 14 minutes, but there were more pharmacists so I could get away longer. Today there is just two of us, so I don't feel right leaving the other guy alone for so long. I did 10 minutes today.
Eating is going well too. I haven't had any cravings or difficulties with food the last few days. Maybe I got it all out of my system in December. The kids even dipped pretzels in chocolate, and I left those alone. No urge to sneak them either.
