Okay, I decided to give in and actually do a New Years resolution. I will run 1 mile every day (no excuses) and the mile has to be under 10 minutes or it dosen't count. I hope to eventually make it to 500 miles this year. Last year I did 388 miles, but I did sprain my ankle which killed a lot of momentum late in the year.
So far 5 days, 5 runs and 10 miles. I am planning that healthier habits and shedding a few pounds will happen along the way.
