I worked almost 12 hrs today. Brought my food, but I guess I get more stressed at work than I think I do. I ate my food, but continued to be hungry. I fought my urges and survived the day. I at a healthy meal when I got home and thanked the Lord I made it through. The last thing I need is to refer back to old habits of running back to the snack machine!
Next time I know I will be working a long shift, I may bring an extra fruit or veggie to hold me over. It's hard. BUT I AM WORTH IT!
