Hi, just stopping by to say Hello!

Well, I am sure several peeps have noticed that I have not been on, in a while ... I had to make a choice of what was/is more important, to me. I still want to lose all of this weight that I had gained, from being on steroids; and I still plan to do so. However, I decided to focus on my online stores. The one on my website is still there; however, I have opened up two store fronts on Etsy (http://www.etsy.com/shop/Bear
yAmazing), and Zibbet (http://www.zibbet.com/BearyAm
azing). I invite SP friends to visit, once in a while.

Although, I have been concentrating on, and working very hard, to get my Etsy Store, going; I made a New Year's resolution to get back, more, on track, on my SP goals; and to work harder on getting my Zibbet Store Front going. So, you will be noticing me on the Sparkpeople's site, much more often, this New Year. I will not be on it, as much, as I used to be, because it is too time consuming, for me; however, my presence will be a noticeable one, on SP.

I, also, believe that 2013 is going to be a good year, in many ways; and I wish to say, to everyone, Happy New Year!!!

    Sometimes we get so focused on doing things like reading blogs, earning sparkpoints, etc that we forget the whole point of being here is to be healthy. To do that it means stepping away from the site in order to get/make/eat healthy foods in a mindful way and exercising. It's entirely possible for you to step back from using so many of the extra features on SP while focusing closer on the things that will help you be healthier, like tracking food, water, and exercise. Focusing your time to what really matters most on your journey will give you more time for everything else you need to do in your day.
