Rather than buy in to the idea that 13 is bad luck, I've decided that '13 is going to be my "lucky" year. The thing about luck is, it's best to make your own! My goal is to FINALLY get to my goal weight in "Lucky '13". In order to do that, I plan to commit to a minimum of 15 minutes of fitness a day, staying within my calorie range daily and weighing myself at least once a week. The plan is to lose at least a pound a week, so I can reach my goal weight by the end of the year.
