See I knew I wouldnt be able to blog every day.
But here is quick update from Day 1. I am LOVING THIS is so much simpler than I had made it to be by talking to ppl that have done it, obsessing about it. But honest to God this is like a Cake Walk without the processed sugar, lol.
My days are blending together because I haven't had any issues doing this.I prep my lunch for work the night before and so far they have been salads so that not hard at all. One night we had corn tortilla with Black Bean and brown rice - DEEEELICIOUS. Let me tell you and we could only have 1 of them. I WAS SO mad it was so damn good.
I thought I knew how to use my olive oils, seasonings. NOT this is differnetly been an eye opener so far with using all different types of Vinegars, Nectar, Quinoa, etc.. So much more but this is awesome.
On the morning of Day 3; I did get curious and weight myself. I LOST FREAKING 3LBS in 2 days! WTH - I stepped on the scale like 4x to be sure that it wasn't acting up which it never does. LOL Seriously, DUDE 3lbs in 2 days. I know I have shared I wasn't a great eater but I AIN'T bad at all in the sense I thought I could lose 3lbs in 2 days. I know this isn't about weight loss for a FACT but I was really surprised to say the least. I will weigh in on day 1 of week2 (wednesday)
I am LEARNING to really cook. MORE importantly even my family is loving some of the stuff not all, but most. SO thats a plus in my book always! My hubby is not veggie type person at all, but he has tried several dishes and was impressed.
I did a youtube video of my journey not day to day but whenever I feel like doing one. But I love this Reset so far, I am really loving introducing more veggies into my nutritional intake while moving away from meat/dairy.
