So I have been trying this weightloss thing for years, yo yo dieting and such. I am tired of it. Especially now that my health is not good and dealing with the Hashimoto's. This year I am planning to find things that work for me. I want to try to get in the habit of meal planning, something I rarely do but is essential I think when you have a family to make this work. I need to get up and get moving, Not cry over the fact that walking around the yard is pitiful especially when I am out of breath just doing that. I know I don't need to go to the gym I just need get my body moving. So many thoughts, so much I want to accomplish... I need to not look it as a complete overhaul but babysteps.
