Slight modification to my Seated Shoulder Press goal....

I shared my goals for the next 5 months with Pete. I'm not sure if that was a good thing or not! Lol.

I think he was surprised that I had put that much thought into it. The only item he thought was a bit ambitious (other than the 5 hand stand push ups I want to achieve by the end of the year!) was the 65 lb. seated shoulder press. Per Pete, the seated shoulder press is one of those exercises where only small incremental increases are possible. So, he suggested I lower my goal to 55 lbs.

Oh, another thing I probably...no definitely...shouldn't have mentioned to Pete was that I needed him to push me to reach these goals. I'm almost afraid to find out what the next 5 months have in store for me....ALMOST!
