I am keeping up with Ultimate Yogi, I did my 5th day today and the 3rd hard core exercise this week.
I know I missed posting a day or two but I did do at least 5000 steps a day.Tonight I did 7337 steps,1183 calories burned and 2.9 miles.
I brought in 4 wheel barrows full of wood for the bin so thats pretty good for a days work.
