My Motivation for Today

I am noticing that I am definitely eating less. My food choices are much healthier. I find that I am not even finishing everything on my plate.

I am definitely making healthy changes in my fitness and my eating habits.

The small changes that I have made are turning into new healthy habits.

Have a sparked day.

    That's awesome!!! I can't even imagine a day where I actually leave food on my plate. I am focusing on making healthy choices and taking small portions so that when I finish what is on my plate I have not overeaten...
Maybe I'll get to your level one day.

    Doesn't it feel absolutely wonderful when you do everything right and leave the day thinking really good about yourself. Way to go! You should be very proud of yourself!
