BLC Week 4 Progress

This is my second BL challenge. I find the weekly challenges so helpful to keep me accountalbe. What I plan to do for this week:
Cardio 60 minutes a day
Focus on ST and Core
Eat cleaner
Try to take stairs whenever I can.
I am looking forward to a NSV this week.
