I keep thinking that today is Sunday. Now I'm really going to confuse myself. It feels like a Sunday. Yestarday I was cold and tired when I got home. I really wanted to go to bed, but got in a walk though. Then I took a bath, and went to bed. I had a dinner of potato chips, and hershey minitures. I didn't get anything done.
My goals for Sunday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
